Earlier Today as reported the African American culture lost , an monumental television figure the impeccably smooth Don Cornelius. Sadly, it seems that he may have committed suicide. I just hope that will not over shadow his legacy, seeing as he definitely was a breaking point for black hosting and having their own shows not only on television, but radio. “Soul Train” will always be considered a transcending period in OUR culture. It was innovative ,transcending, and influential , and hopefully MY generation takes note and begins to influence for the better.
